My journey to coaching began long before I realized it. If I trace back the germination of my career, it started as an assistant art teacher, guiding fellow students to discover their creative paths. This foundation of support continued as I guided students academically at a community college, and then evolved into a ten-year career as a project manager, where my focus was always on my team's well-being. For years, I've been coaching, putting people first. Now, I guide others to see themselves and put themselves first. For years, I lived by others' expectations—working hard, following rules, and checking all the right boxes. When my life appeared most successful on paper, I realized I was deeply disconnected from myself. After experiencing the simultaneous collapse of my marriage, home life, and career, I began a journey that transformed my understanding of myself. Through reconnecting with myself—learning to listen, be present, and practice self-compassion—I discovered that true strength comes from vulnerability and intimate self-knowledge. Today, I guide others who outwardly succeed while inwardly struggling with disconnection. My coaching approach weaves together empathy, openness, and curiosity to help bridge the gap between 'doing' and 'being,' enabling them to create authentic lives aligned with their true values rather than external expectations.
