I've spent the last nine years working with big names and big names to be, helping to craft unique and memorable stories executing the production process from end to end. My experience in the entertainment industry spans working with studios and networks, producing and directing indie shorts, producing feature films, and creating IP in comic books and other mediums.
Before this, I worked in higher education as an academic advisor. Here, I learned how to guide those still trying to figure things out and coach them along.
My time in film and television, coupled with my advisement experience, has allowed me to develop an acute emotional intelligence that guides my leadership style. I use this EQ when working with creatives and in teams, encouraging each individual to share their stories.
My fundamental belief is that every person's story should be heard and shared—that within each of our journeys are nuggets of gold that can connect and ignite others. This belief drives my creative projects like Same But Different T, but it also led me to a profound realization about my own story.
While I was helping others tell their stories, I began to question the one I was living. For years, I had been following others' expectations—working hard, checking all the right boxes, and appearing successful by external measures. Yet beneath this façade, I felt deeply disconnected from myself
When my carefully constructed life simultaneously collapsed—marriage, home, and career—I was forced to confront the gap between the story I had been living and the one I truly wanted to write. This crisis became my catalyst for transformation. Through presence, reflection, and self-compassion, I began reconnecting with my authentic self, discovering that true strength comes from vulnerability and intimate self-knowledge.
Today, I bring together my background in storytelling and personal development to guide men who outwardly succeed while inwardly struggling with disconnection. My coaching approach weaves together empathy, openness, and curiosity to help men bridge the gap between "doing" and "being," enabling them to create authentic lives aligned with their true values rather than external expectations.
I help men recognize the difference between the story they've been told to live and the one they're meant to write. Together, we'll find your authentic voice and create a life that reflects who you really are, not who you think you should be.
“Start telling the stories that only you can tell, because there’ll always be better writers than you and there’ll always be smarter writers than you. There will always be people who are much better at doing this or doing that - but you are the only you.”
