My journey to coaching began long before I recognized it—from guiding art students, to advising college students, to managing teams for a decade. Like many, I once viewed life as a straight line, expecting a few bumps but a mostly smooth journey. However, I discovered the reality of life's patterns and cycles, and with this awareness I've been able to navigate many transitions in my own life, including a period when my carefully constructed world collapsed—marriage, home, and career simultaneously. It was through reconnecting with myself—learning to listen, be present, and practice self-compassion—I discovered that true strength comes from vulnerability and intimate self-knowledge of our cycles. This experience of navigating these challenges has equipped me to guide others through their transitions by weaving together empathy, openness, and curiosity to help bridge the gap between “doing” and “being” enabling clients to create authentic lives aligned with their true values rather than external expectations
